Policies and Procedures:
Hello and welcome to all our esteemed members, we are proud in serving you and your children, we hope that our journey together will be fruitful for all of us. Here is some information that you need to know about our swimming program:
NY Sports 4 Kids swimming sessions:
- Our swimming sessions are 8 weeks long.
- Signing up for our swimming sessions is at any time by phone or online.
- Registration for the following swimming session happens two weeks before the start of the following new swimming session (on the 7th & 8th week of the actual session).
- Payment is by check, Zelle or cash, we do not except credit cards. Checks have to be made out to:
NY Sports 4 Kids.
- Photos and Short videos of our members maybe taken and used only for advertisement purposes.
Make up classes: NY Sports 4 Kids offers 1 make up class/8 weeks; parents must call our office to schedule the makeup classes.
Program Discounts: Parents that have more than 2 children they will get 10% off for the 3rd child and 20% off for the 4th child.
Pool rules:
- No food or drinks in the pool area.
- Swimmers must take a shower before entering the water.
- Swimmers must ware proper bathing suit.
- Parents must supervise their children after finishing their swimming class.
- NO RUNNING IN THE POOL AREA, NO DIVING IN THE SHALLOW END, DIVING IS ALLOWED ONLY THE DEEP END AND IT HAS TO BE SUPERVISED BY OUR INSTRUCTORS.
